Further education in transactional analysis – start 29th till 30th of May 2021

with certification as coach after 2 years

short description:

The further education to become a coach takes a period of 2 years, where you will have workshop module every 8 weeks. For the certification you need a total of 80% of the 192 h (24 days) throughout these 2 years. Furthermore you create a record of study which includes reports on given and received coaching sessions. At the end of the 2 years you need to write a final thesis (max. 25 pages) where you describe a coaching session and how you handled it with TA terms and conceptualization of your work experience.

Every participant will get a further education contract for one year. After that you will decide, if you want to continue or take a break or you already learned enough. There is no need to write a final thesis or become a coach in the end, you can also just have that further education in TA for your own self development.

There are no admission qualification as it is my task to get you all up to speed and teach you de necessary tools of TA. The group will have a maximum of 6 participants to create an individual learning experience and surrounding.

The further education has a modular build which means you sign up for 6 modules per years and each module will be 2 days long (9 am – 5pm in Halle).

How you can make use of TA?

  • in personnel management as a leadership tool
  • to get to know your own habits and communication structures
  • if you need to moderate team evens or meeting
  • for self-reflection
  • to get continuously feedback from the participants and the workshop leader
  • working in peer groups

The further education is based on transactional analysis (TA) and is built to educate in theory, methods, conceptualization and self-awareness in process settings. Which doesn´t mean that we just work with TA. One of the great things about TA it can be combined with literally everything. So we also gone work with the U-Theory of Otto Scharmer, the golden circle by Simon Sinek and the development-onion by Dagmar Kleemann. You as participant are always welcome to include your own ideas or other concepts.

In my opinion TA is a very flexible and versatile theory which is grown by integrating other theories and methods of choice. For me it´s important that I create a surrounding of experienced based learning. Everything we are working on can be included in your working and daily life.

Certification:

After 2 years of further education the Realisierer GmbH is certifying if all criterias are met.

  • 192 h of further education (24 days)
  • Participation in 80 % of the provided modules
  • Report of study on given and received coaching sessions
  • At least 3 Cochees in a minimum of 15 h coaching sessions (not for each, in total)
  • writing a final thesis (max. 25 pages)

During the modules there will be tasks and reflection work for all the participants. For that matter you are again very welcome to include as many other theories and tools as you like.

In every module there will be coaching sessions you will run on your own. Afterwards we will have feedback sessions and reflection on our work to further push your personal development.
